"Do you ever have trouble telling right from left?" Probably time to check your mental faculties.
The sad irony is that in today's election too many people who feel left behind and unheard voted for a party whose policy openly promotes discrimination, symptom-picking, scape-goating and baiting of those who are underprivileged and/or minorities in our society and who, similar to such voters, would need extra support, ~ instead of voting for a party that aims to address root causes in a humane and progressive manner.
